Alabaré is a charity based in Salisbury, providing specialist support and accommodation services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people across over 80 locations in the UK. Effective communication systems are vital to the charity’s mission of transforming lives and fostering independence.

The Challenge

With Salisbury already experiencing the nationwide PSTN switch-off, Alabaré needed a comprehensive, reliable transition of their telecommunications from traditional PSTN lines to modern VoIP systems. Additionally, robust broadband and WiFi solutions, along with advanced hardware management capabilities, were required to support their expansive operations effectively.
